How to submit your withdrawal

You may submit this form by:

  • Email: Send a completed copy to contact@dermawarrior.com with the subject line “Withdrawal Request – Order [your order number]”
  • Post: Print, complete, and send to the address above
  • Online: Log in to your account and submit a return or cancellation request directly from your order page

Your rights

Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. Once we receive your withdrawal notice, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days.

Please note that you may be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Goods must be returned in their original condition.
