Are all products vegan?

Yes all our products are 100% vegan.


Who should use Derma  Warrior's products?

Our products was created for those with skin conditions. Each ingredient was chosen to intensely hydrate the skin, giving it all the nourishment to help with the healing process.  When using new products on sensitive/problematic skin, we would highly recommend patch testing first.

Is Derma Warrior good for dry/sensitive skin?

Yes, our products are made specifically to address the issues of dry and sensitive skin types. We use natural ingredients such as mango butter and Cocoa butter which boost loads of nutrients like vitamins C not only to cleanse but to nourish the skin. We also infuse our products with 5 healing herbs, to offer maximum healing benefits.

Where are these products made?

We hand-make all our products in the UK.

I have a question about an ingredient, who can I ask?

We try to provide as much information as possible via individual product pages. If you are unable to find the answer to your question, please reach out to us via the contact us page. 

Does Derma Warrior test on animals?

Our product have NOT been tested on animals. We love our fluffy friends too much.

Can I return/exchange items?

In order to control quality and maintain the integrity of our recipe each product is hand poured in our facility. The ingredients use by the Derma Warrior are hand picked and the products are handmade in small batches to ensure the highest quality results. Due to the meticulous nature of the products and their manufacturing process, they are not refundable. Please review the ingredients carefully to avoid any potential allergies/sensitivities. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If your product was damaged during transit, please submit proof of damage via e-mail (contact@Dermawarrior.com) within 48 hours of receipt to receive a replacement.


Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders submitted on dermawarrior.com process and ship very quickly. We will do our best to modify an existing order if you email us at contact@dermawarrior.com, but we offer no guarantee that your order will be canceled or modified. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

How long will it take me to receive my order?

Please allow 1-2 days to prepare and ship your order.
Shipping times range from 1-5 days, based on the delivery method and the distance. We do not take responsibilities for any delays in the shipping process.
